How do I book a session with a provider?

As an online platform, you can easily book your session directly through our website. After completing the onboarding process, which includes a short questionnaire, you will be able to choose and schedule a session with a provider that best fits your needs. Payments are also processed seamlessly online.

How can I pay for my sessions?

We accept payments directly through our website via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. For Ethiopian clients, we understand payment may be challenging, and we will direct you to an alternative payment platform to ensure seamless transactions.

How much do the sessions cost?

Our session fees typically range from $20 to $40, depending on the provider and type of session. You will find the exact pricing listed on each provider’s profile.

Are the therapists qualified?

Yes, all our therapists are experienced professionals with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in therapy or psychology. We also offer specialized services such as faith-based counseling and addiction support for those who need these tailored approaches.

How are sessions held?

All sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing (currently using Google meets). This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your home, with some providers also offering phone sessions.

Where do I get the meeting link?


The meeting link is in your session confirmation email, listed under the “Location” section. You can also find it in any reminder emails we send before your session.

Are the sessions available internationally?

Yes! Agar Wellness provides services globally, bridging the gap between Ethiopian therapists and clients worldwide. This means you can access our professional services no matter where you are located.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session online. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. You can also directly contact your provider to discuss rescheduling options.

What is Agar Wellness' refund policy?
